Our programs:
- Total Life Wellness Planning Services and Resources HUB: A comprehensive multi-purpose wellness center, with community network connections of local wellness care, healthcare and mental health professionals.
- Hitting the Pavement: A community outreach (programs) initiative aimed at engaging and supporting local residents.
- NSEW (Note Spoken Expressive Words): A mental health crisis prevention and intervention program featuring creative therapy workshops.
- SK Speaks: A trauma healing program offering self-discovery opportunities, public speaking engagements, and communication skills workshops, as well as scholarships for communication degrees.
- ADF Youth and Families: Social networking groups for youth and families to engage in community connections online or in person, health and human services, health webinars seminars and conventions.
